PUPIL CASKET has a 7-day return policy: you have 7 days from when you are received your order to ship it back to our return center for a refund.

 

Important information

Please note that the product(s) must be returned via our return form. Please make sure the product that you are going to return is in original condition with tags attached, also packing included, otherwise we will be unable to accept your return and issue a refund.

For any order already shipped but the customer rejects to receive it for personal reasons, the customer should responsible for the shipping cost, the refund will be the total amount you paid deducting the whole shipping cost.

Please note that Pupil Casket does not offer any exchange services. *

*Unless the product(s) are faulty, or the wrong pieces have been delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will have to make a return and place a new order.
