PUPIL CASKET offers free standard shipping for mainland China and on orders above 3000 RMB worldwide. Kindly note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

Mainland China: 1-4days
Worldwide: 5-10days

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only. Please note that delivery to rural areas may lead to longer delivery times.

Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours during business days. Throughout periods of sale and public holidays, large quantities of orders may lead to extended delivery time. 

 

Taxes and Duties

If you reside in a different country where you have your social security number registered, the delivery company may ask you to show your passport to prove your identity. We recommend always keeping your passport ready as proving one's identity generally is a necessity for receiving foreign goods. ALSO, you may be subject to import fees and duties upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties, your order may be destroyed by customs or sent back to us. If we receive your order back, we will have to deduct any shipping, duties, and customs processing fees charged to us from your refund.
